Customer Care - Piggy Pack Car Top Carriers and Vacation Gear

All products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. They must be returned in their original containers and in brand new condition.

To initiate a return, call us or email SERVICE for a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number and shipping instructions.. The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the package or the package will be refused or a restocking fee will be charged. Send the package with a copy of your receipt inside. Shipping costs (even though we don't charge them to you) are non-refundable. We suggest that you track your return shipment.

Full refunds, less shipping cost, will be issued only if product is returned in new condition (not used on a trip).

NOTICE: Returns outside of this agreement will be refused, returned, or charged a restocking fee up to 25% of the value of the order. You may be charged rental rates if the product was used for a trip then returned. (Rental Rates Here)

RightlineGEAR's 12 Month Limited Warranty for PackRight and CampRight Products

The everyman's version:
PackRight car top carriers and accessories and CampRight truck tents are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, punctures, damage resulting from regular use abuse, or from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including the improper modification of the original product and the failure to follow the instructions provided by PackRight or CampRight properly. Damage to car top carriers resulting from packing the carrier with sharp objects or from not fully loading the carrier, allowing for excessive flapping and wind damage are not covered by the warranty. If any defect in materials or workmanship appears within the warranty period, CampRight or PackRight's sole liability shall be to repair or replace the product at their option.

The attachment of any products purchased from Piggy Pack to a vehicle is critical and beyond the control of Piggy Pack (Lakeland Gear Inc.), its owners, agents, and dealers. Lakeland Gear Inc. and its owners, agents, and dealers are NOT responsible or liable for any damage resulting from a product's incorrect attachment to a vehicle, improper use, or the incorrect placement of items inside or outside of the product.

Limited Warranty

RightlineGear warrants for one year that this product will be free of material defect and will repair or replace any defective or damaged product free of charge if it is returned in original condition by the consumer to RightlineGear or the place of purchase. Claims of defective material and/or workmanship must be made in a timely manner. Safe and maintenance-free use of this product depends upon the consumer’s or user’s proper installation of the product and good judgment in its use. RightlineGear is not responsible for the consumer’s or user’s use or misuse of this product.

RIGHTLINE GEAR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RIGHTLINE GEAR FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER PROMISE THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY SORT OF CONSEQUENTIAL, EXTRAORDINARY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SUBSEQUENT, OR NONECONOMIC DAMAGES OR ATTORNEY FEES. THE CONSUMER OR USER’S SOLE REMEDY AGAINST RIGHTLINE GEAR FOR ANY DEFECT IN THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO FULL RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
