Shipping Terms and Conditions

Lakeland Enterprises ships your packages fast,
accurately, and at a fair price. This is one of our distinct
advantages.
Currently Piggy Pack offers free ground shipping when you place your order
here using Google Checkout. Fast 2, 3 day and overnight shipping is
available at our sister site www.LakelandGear.com
Delivery
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 24 hours
of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your
order will be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not process
orders or ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You will receive an email with shipping
information when your order has shipped. Please enter a physical
address. We can not deliver to Post Office (PO) Box address.
Shipping Options
We ship via UPS & USPO. Our standard shipping method is Ground
Service. Ground service will take 1 to 8 business days to reach you, depending
on your location. The shipping cost depends on the weight and size. Large items are noted, and may require
additional charges using a commercial truck line with delivery to a commercial
address. We will contact you if charges beyond those shown at check out
are necessary.
Attention International Customers: Lakeland Vacation Gear cannot
ship products outside the Continental United States (except we can ship most
items into Canada). Orders placed for
international shipment will be credited less a processing fee. These fees are
strictly to cover costs for credit card transactions and gateway charges that we
incur. Use our contact page and notify us if you have a special request
and we may arrange special delivery on certain items.
Orders from Canada, APO/FPO, Alaska & Hawaii can
be shipped via USPO.. or now UPS
Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will
be processed as such.
Order Status and Tracking
If you've provided a valid email address when you order you will receive two
emails:
- the first confirms your order
- the second confirms your shipment
Tracking is done by www.usps.com. Check with
the shipper on the status of your package. Allow the maximum number of business days
you selected for delivery before you call with a claim.
Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally
we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on
an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an
expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to
cancel the order.
Our shipping rates include handling charges.
If UPS or FedEx makes a change to address you provide us, they
back bill us around $10. You agree to be billed this same amount from us
on a secondary charge at a later date without notification. Please make
sure you enter the correct address with apartment our unit numbers.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We usually make
partial refunds to shipping charges if we make a mistake. Refunds
are not possible if the shipper makes a mistake UNLESS you purchase shipping
insurance. Some shippers make "offers" of refunds (you see on
TV) when deliveries aren't 'on time'. In reality they make it so
difficult to get a return, it costs 5-8 times the refund in man hours, waiting
on hold, to try to get it. It is never worth it.
If your package is damaged in shipment, you must file a claim
with UPS.
You must buy insurance if
you want Lakeland Enterprise to be responsible for the package until you
put your hands on it. If you must have delivery by a certain date, you can mention this in
the comments section of the order form.
Lakeland Enterprises LLC reserves the right to change these
policies at any time without notice.
